I use the same toilet everyday. Do I have a hypersensitive *** cheek or is the toilet more dirty on the right side than the left?!

It could be something as simple as keeping your wallet in your right pocket. It can cut off the circulation and cause problems including numbness of the leg and skin disorders. You may be allergic to the material in your wallet. Maybe the skin is dry on that side. A good moisturizer could help. Cotton underwear will definitely help. Maybe this is ingrown hairs? Who knows? it has nothing to do with the toilet. and it is recurring because it is never treated properly. if you can find it, treat it 3 or 4 times a day with neem oil (you can buy it on the internet) or with a poultice made of turmeric. both will heal and cure the abcess, but turmeric WILL stain clothing.

You may have a serious skin infection which has found access on the right side. you could use antibacterial soap and neosporin on the sore, if it does not clear up you better see a doctor for antibiotic.
