As Torbay and a couple of others (the woeful minority) have said, you need to keep them until 8 weeks.
Yes, that means you have to take care of them for 4 more weeks. This is where it gets messy -- something I wish more people understood *before*they bred their dog. Dams will naturally start weaning their puppies between 3 and 5 weeks old. Then it's up to you.
If you're using cow's milk -- DON'T. Remember what I said about "messy"? Cow's milk will make it messier.
Get them on a decent quality dog food (NOT puppy chow -- Eukanuba puppy, Nutro puppy, even Purina Pro Plan puppy), soaked in warm water to soften it up.
Keep them until they are 8 weeks old. No younger. Even though Mom has weaned them, she still has a lot to teach them about being a dog.

The mother is most likely still feeding them occasionally. You just don't see her because you can't watch her 24 hours a day.
Aside from that, , in most states, it's illegal to sell puppies before they are 8 weeks old. They need to spend another four weeks with their mother and siblings.
Trust me. If you got rid of them now, the mother would probably be miserable an because she's still producing milk. She just isn't producing as much as she did did three weeks ago.
I know of someone who got rid of pups when they were four weeks old because she thought the mother wasn't feeding them anymore, and the day after the puppies were gone, the mother's nipples were engorged with milk and the girl didn't know what to do. Poor momma was in agony from the pain.

At least 8-12 weeks. AKC will not allow you to sell puppies under 8 weeks.

8 WEEKS!!!!! NO sooner!!! That is what happens....the mom gets tired of them, then YOU take care of them!!! That is what breeding is all about...even for the BYB!!!!
BTW....Puppy Chow is CRAP food. And they don't need milk...hope it isn't cow's milk.
IF they are AKC registered, you CANNOT sell them before 7 weeks.
But, because they continue to learn things from the mother and litter mates, you keep them together until they are 8 weeks. This is for the benefit of the puppies. Min Pins tend to be nervous and have anxiety. Do not compound this by selling them beofre it is time.

I generally waited until mine were about 9 weeks old to let them go to their new homes unless they showed show potential, in which case I kept them longer to see how they developed.
Don't sell your pups too young. They need to develop longer to be socialized with their litter mates and get used to being handled, groomed, nails cut, and stuff like that. Puppies that leave their mother and litter mates to early tend to be fearful and stressed more than one who has had more time to grow and develop.

No less than 8 weeks. Preferably closer to 12 weeks. Even after they are weaned they still learn a lot from their mom and siblings!

About 8 weeks. They are young enough for people to observe they are puppies, but old enough to be weaned from mother's milk and strong enough to leave home.

When they are completely off breast feeding and can feed on
their own. Runts can take up to 8 wks. since they lack the ability to get enough from being pushed away by stronger ones. We
had a mother once who didn't even want to feed any of her
young. That was hard as we had to train her to be a good mom.
It took 3-4 days of putting her back in with the young.
