I don't think we'll ever know, since the hair that covered her body (like the great ape that evolved into her) covered that part of her body.

who knows? was there even an "eve"?
in the bible it says they were both made, then a few pages later it says he made her from adam. if the latter is true, then i guess she would. it would also mean men are more evolved, since they can't get knocked up.

that is a good question, the bible does not tell us whether she had a naval or not because that is irrelevant to salvation, and it has nothing to do with why creation fell.
