My name is Xxxx Xxxxxx. I’m a Xxxxxxxx High School student who is interested in volunteering with Feed My People. With your approval, I can volunteer this Christmas for 10 hours total for National Honors Society! After volunteering with Jefferson Barracks VA Hospital for 8 hours in early September, I felt completely encouraged to volunteer again – this time somewhere else! I hope you can accept my help this Christmas break because helping people is what makes me happy!!!
I have to complete 10 Credit Hours for NHS in my school - I hate phone calling companies ... So, they have an email address on their site and I think I'm just going to send them an email.
My question:
- Is there anything I should add or take out from that email address??!!!!

I would accept you. Although I noticed you leave out the real reason (besides enjoying it) is for NHS. No reason to leave that out. It may even help. And they will find out after you are there. So may as well tell them upfront. Good luck.

They may not be able to take you at the last minute because they may not check their email. If you want to volunteer now, it really is best to call.
