I live in Morocco, which is a Muslim country. I don't know of any Muslims who celebrate Christmas. They have their own religious holidays, the biggest being the month of Ramadan.

I am a new Muslim who has a ten year old boy. He's at a tender age, so instead of pushing him away from Islam, I put up a tree and give him one gift. I try to emphasize Islamic holidays more though.

NO.
It's no more a muslim holiday than it is a jewish one, or a buddhist one or a hindu. taoist, shintoist or confusian one. I know I'm missing some religions, but the answer is no for them as well.
Don't believe the media hype.

No we do not, for the same reason that Jesus and his disciples did not celebrate his birthday. Btw muslims do not celebrate the prophet Muhammad's birthday, or even their own

They have Ramadan, which is a month-long fasting celebration in reference to jesus. They do it to feel the pain he did when he died.

Probably not, but they could honor him as the prophet of God as they believe him to be.
