No, When Tyson bit Holyfeld, they had to reattach the piece that he bit off. Hope this helps

It will heal but some of the tissue will be missing, or scared. Mostly it depends on how well the effected area is treated. Infection will guarantee scaring and lack of growth.

Have you seen Holyfield lately...If so,the part of his ear Mike bit off has it grew back? I bet you can answer that yourself.

depends yes i have cut my ear and it did heal . a total or near total loss of an ear and not it will not grow back .

no. they might be able to re-attach if everything is clean and it';s done straight away but it will definitley not grow back. humans aren't starfish!
