No.

There's also no scientific evidence to prove that love, Santa Claus, Superman or Britney Spears's third IQ digit don't exist.

Why? Proving negatives is kinda hard. Your specific question is harder, as we have a potentially infinite area to search for alien life. Can't prove without going everywhere and checking.

I doubt I mean unless we are able to create the enterprise (star trek) to travel through different galaxies then we will never know for sure. I for one believe they exist. I don't think they all are little green men with big black eyeballs that anal probe cows. I think they may look just like us, some with the same technology others with more advance but the believing in the non existence of alien life form is absurd. I wish people were more open minded.

it's impossible to prove that alien life doesn't exist, giving that there are an infinite number of galaxies to search. it is only possible to prve that alien life does exist. I may be wrong but I belive that's already been proved by the existance of amoebas and such, the search going on is for intelligent life from other planets.

Can't prove a negative, but to answer your intended question...

All efforts to detect life beyond earth have failed so far. All of SETI's results are completely negative; thus, it appears that life as we know it is unique to planet earth. This conclusion has been very upsetting to evolutionists, who believe that life began spontaneously on earth and that the same thing probably happened elsewhere in the universe.

No. But there IS scientific evidence that none of the other planets in our solar system are life-supporting.

A general tenet of philosophy is that it is virtually impossible to PROVE a negative statement (i.e "do NOT exist").
Can you PROVE that Jesus Christ was NOT the son of God?
Can you PROVE that there is no Loch Ness Monster?
Can you PROVE that there isn't a Santa Claus?

no, there would likely be more scientific evidence that it DOES exist, by virtue of the fact that there are an infinite number of places to look for lifeforms heretofor unimaginable by the human mind.

in case you propose "Why carry out a little people have faith that extraterrestrial beings could exist available?", that's because of the fact that's somewhat existence like that they could. in case you propose "Why carry out a little people have faith that they have a private dating with extraterrestrial beings who will shop them whilst the international includes an end, and why do those people dedicate their lives to that perception?", you will would desire to ask them. they are over there, status with the folk who have faith in God.
