well i made out with a guy and then the next day we broke up he went with a different girl i still have feelings for him what should i do?

Move on, because he's obviously not ready to settle down with just one girl, and you shouldn't lower your standards to allow him to continue to use you, either.

why do you want him if he is with a different girl, how do you know that he still has those feelings for you that he did at the time you were making out?

That pretty much sucks...
Since it was pretty much a one night stand kind of thing... you really just need to move on to someone else.
I know that's not what you want to hear, but since the guy is blowing you off, he just doesn't deserve you.
I'm sure you easily find someone else, who treats you like you deserve.

Talk to him about how you feel. Or maybe just realize some reasons why you shouldn't like him. If your still in school then just look around for some other hotties...

nothing. you do nothing as long as he is taken. wait for him to be single again, then you feel him out (that's out not up). see if he is receptive to the idea of being with you again. go with your gut. if your gut says he's open go for it.
