It still is there. I grew up a few streets away in the 60s. When my daughter was in child care in the late 90s, it was on one of these streets which was a pain to pick her up during holiday time as there's lots of traffic.

The streets are Lubao, Oakdale, Jumilla between Martha and Hatteras.

Candy Cane Lane is still there! Official Hours - 7pm-9pm
Residents ask that visitors drive by no later than 10pm on weeknights, 11pm on weekends. Many residents turn off their lights after this time to discourage viewing.

Directions:
From the 101 freeway in the west part of the San Fernando Valley in Woodland Hills exit at Winnetka Avenue.

Drive north on Winnetka Ave and just across from Pierce Junior College turn right on Oxnard Street. If there is a traffic jam try parking and walk.
Candy Cane Lane has been a tradition in Woodland Hills since 1952 and the residents have tried to outdo each other with their light displays each year. Santa has been seen posing for photos with children and some of Santa's elves have been seen roaming around selling hot chocolate and other holiday treats.

If you are talking about San Diego, no, Candy Cane Lane is no longer. However, there still is Christmas Tree Circle off third avenue in Chula Vista. I'm in Washington state this year, and I really wish I could make it down there for the lights. Those were such great memories. I remember walking Candy Cane Lane with a candy cane and my family when I was little, it really was my favorite part of Christmas. In recent years, Christmas Tree Circle made due, but it was still no Candy Cane Lane. Good luck! :)
