This may not be a sty, but could be a chalzian cyst. You need to see an ophthalmologist for antibiotics and possible lancing. Godloveya.

The ophthalmologist has medication for that. It might just be a blocked up gland, in which case applications of moist heat (a wash cloth run under hot tap water until it gets so warm you don't want to handle it) for 15 minutes (refreshing when it cools), morning and evening.

This will either bring the stye to a head, or allow the gland blockage to go away. I would suggest medical care though, because you don't want a stye to pop in your eye.

If you have been using hot/warm compresses on it and it has not gone away, go to your eye doctor you may have a Chalazion which needs to be drained,

I had one about a month in a half ago, the Eye doc will numb the area and drain it, you will have an eye patch on for about a day, it will be swollen for 2 or 3 days and you will need to put in eye ointment.

You should try taking a warm wash cloth and holding it over your eye for a few minutes at a time several times a day and if that doesn't work in a few days you should see a doctor.
