Yes talk to your counselor. Depression, I have been told, is anger turned inwards, perhaps these triggers re-focus the anger from inward to outward . The important thing though is getting down to the what has caused you to become so angery in the first place. A good counselor will help you do that. Take Gentle Care

Why do no longer you let us know. Why do you grow to be depressed? Is your melancholy the reason on your violent habit? once you have violent episodes without reason (you're saying) is the melancholy additionally existent? And while the episode is brought about is the violence existent? curiously which you have moments of violence the place the motives are brought about yet you at the instant are not constantly unsleeping of those triggers. In different words the brought about episodes are in straightforward terms a sprint closer on your unsleeping habit while the spontaneous episodes are a similar yet no longer on the unsleeping point. now and lower back you're violent and know extra or much less what brought about it and now and lower back violent without understanding why. yet they do no longer seem to be all that lots distinctive in certainty may well be for a similar motives in straightforward terms at distinctive stages of awareness.

There are various forms of depression that often result in the depressed individual becoming volatile and unpredictable. Some of these are manic-depressiveness and bipolar disorder. Consult your psychiatrist and mention those.
Depression can stir feelings of anger--often times directed at one's self--and that anger becomes muddled and causes the individual to react explosively. Sometimes this is not due to manic-depressiveness or biopolar disorder, merely by "normal", often chronic, depression, and varies with the individual. Identifying the source of your depression as well as a psychiatrist who can help you cope are two beginning paths to helping yourself become more emotionally stable. Pent-up anger can lead to self-destructiveness or the harming of others.
Don't be afraid or hesitate to talk to your friends about your depression. They can support you and console you when you are feeling especially down. Expressing your depression and anger in words to those you trust can help ease the explosive moments and may help treat your depression.

yes, this is called "mania". people who experience these episodes are manic depressive or bipolar. now you can do either one of three things: get on meds AND talk to a therapist, balance the chemicals in your body naturally by taking vitamins and switching up your diet, or you can just cope. i'm trying the second one. i don't like meds because they make me funny, but a lot of people i know can't deal without their meds. different strokes for different folks. just do what ever treament option is best for you. but you don't want it to just eat you up on the inside though. i don't know if you're spiritual but you should pray for guidance, it has been helping me. i know exactly how you feel, its miserable. i hope you get better
