There isn't a motor for your power lock. It's mainly an electronic switch with a relay.

There could be a few different reasons on why it's not working, bad relay, bad connection between the switch and the actuator. A pretty novice mechaic with a voltmeter maybe able to test out the connectivity, but if it's the actuator, you'll fair better having the dealer open your door up.

Good luck.

Remove the door trim with a pad tool, and gently peel back the watershield. Follow the rods that work your lock to a soleniod with several wires sticking out of it. You might want to test it before condemning that motor. Try jumping it a twelve volt source. Sometimes the wiring will wear out where it goes through the door and break in two. Check this as well .

For starters, the motor might not be the problem; it could be something as simple as a bad window switch, or a loose/broken wire. My advice would be to take it to a good mechanic or a Dodge dealer and have them inspect it for you. Many places will diagnose the problem for little to no cost. Hope this info helped.
