High fiber. Low fat. low carb.
Lots of fruits & veggies. You can eat almost all of them you want.
Also fish for portien. Don't forget a sma;ll amount of dairy.
And drink WATER< WATER< WATER. The more you drink before a meal the faster you'll fill up.
And most inportant. Exercise daily.

fruit makes u feel full! and it takes only 20 min. to digest ♥
i liek to have tuna for a snack too between meals, i find it very filling in small amounts. also u could try drinking a large glass of orange juice, or make soem tea :)

Are you talking about those foods diet companies sell? I've always wondered about people who buy that stuff. I know two girls who buy that stuff. Doesn't work. The girls don't look any thinner to me. I don't think those foods are supposed to make you thinner. I think they are supposed to be reasonably sized meals for one day. You open one box, and that's it for the day. You don't open five boxes for breakfast, five for lunch, five for dinner. and expect to lose weight faster.

heres a fluid for yah, Arizona diet green tea, about a half gallon a day. (2.99$ a gal at target) no calories no carbs, and its a natural weight loss,appetite sup-present. loose up to 25lbs in less than 2 months.

fruit and veggies.They are low in calories so you can eat alot of them,they require a good amount of chewing and they are 70% percent water content,so it fills you up.Foods with low fat and high fiber,basically.
