Is it wierd to think of death all the time? I see pill in my medicine cabinet & I wonder that if I took all of the different kinds, if it would take me away. I think about it everytime I get in the car. Everytime I go to sleep, go to work, etc... I don't really want to die, I don't think. I just think about it a lot... Is this some sort of obsessive compulsive behavior? How do you teach your mind to think of other things?

I think that if you're thinking of death this often that you may be depressed. I'm not saying that you should go straight to a psychriast and have him prescribe you some pills....but...
Finding a local therapist (somebody who you can talk to, somebody to give you advice if you need it...etc..) that that would help you. And then, working with a therapist, you could determine weather or not you should seek more help.

Also, a therapist can help you get your mind off of death. Or teach your mind to think of other things as you say.

it from time to time.

I think it helps to reflect on death sometimes,it really

makes me aware of how precious and fleeting and SHORT life is.

I have the same problem. I also have something about my extremities, eyes, kneecaps and sharp objects.

Just try to work around it and get a CD or MP3 player so you can listen to music really loud and drown it up.
