I like ribeye because it is very tender with some fat grains to add to it's flavor.
I broil the steaks to medium rare....then after the final flip and its done....I top it with blue cheese dressing and minced garlic. Then throw it under the broiler again till it bubbles....take it out serve immediately with asparagas smothered with hollandaise sauce and double baked garlic mashed potatoes. Darn...you just made me hungry!!!

I have a small George Foreman grill. I spray it with Pam and then grill a rib eye for about 3 minutes per side. Then I top it with a garlic butter parsley sauce( made in microwave) and some sauteed onions and fresh mushrooms. This will knock your socks off, I guarantee!!

Grilled, Broiled, Pan-Sered would be the ONLY way for TRUE beef-steak.
For lesser cuts, Chicken Fried, Country Fried, Stewed, Braised, and sauteed.
Then you could enter the world of fish-steaks
Off to www.foodnetwork.com for recipes.

Try grilling it medium rare, with nothing but salt and pepper. Then enjoy with Coleman's English mustard - yum!
