Do all you can to get him kicked out. You don't want this guy near you or your children, and everyone knows we have enough jerks like this in the US already.

There are government programs, like food stamps and WIC, which will help you out.

Good luck, God Bless, and Merry Christmas.

Report the fraud. He gets 2 over on you if he stays.

Do you truly believe he would comply with a child support order?

#1 He lied obviously to get here.

#2 He got you pregnant....another way to secure your silence, by playing on your paternal instincts to make sure your child is able to see her father. Thus protecting his first lie, and the next one.

#3 He forged your signature (lie #2)...therefore he is a fraud.

My mother raised 3 kids without a dime of support. It can be done. You just have to be willing to make the sacrifice(s)

Seek professional counseling. It seems complicated, and it may need someone to help you work through it.
