Generally there is an opening in the market. Apply for a design
test model to the largest auto dealer factory patent lawyer. You
need realize that a real model that functions is under the flight
rules of the satellite guidance. When you design anything that
flies more than 2 feet off the ground even if theoritized it is now
a sonar alien propak. A propak means you need to make the
4 point check for safety. One is fuel rules epa pollutions, noise,
solid impact, and that information is available at the sponsor.
2 you will need a 60 horsepower no more no less size motor
that can make a thrust sideways like a propeller. You will need
a safe body design to cover the driver and passenger in the
heat, burn, and elements dimensions within specification. This
body need have another level for flight landing safety. You
have to make a material similar to the body of a plane that
can float within boat demands. You have to stop and start
on water. Once you have these, the operatables will make
a hover machine for testing within a 3000 dollar budget. The
design should also be production proficient that you can make
readily available replacement parts, and repairs. Then make
the design with robotics and keep production fully useful. Now
I will give you one slot in the used hovercraft parking lot for
the sale and rentals that you will enjoy.

I consider myself an excellent cook but not a Chef because I do not have the formal training or the restaurant experience. I am always blown away by the recipes created on Chopped using the most bizarre ingredients. I would never be able to come up with the recipes that those people do unless I had an unlimited amount of time. What about Next Iron Chef? Preparing a restaurant quality meal using a fire pit and only processed foods in the middle of a field definitely demonstrates the difference between a Chef and a great home cook. I love to cook and my family and friends love to eat what I cook. I have a large collection of cookbooks and I am always searching on line for ways to use unusual ingredients. I experiment a lot and most of my experiments turn out very well. Through experience I have learned a lot a lot combining and layering flavors. I would love to attend culinary school - not to cook professionally but just to increase my knowledge and refine my techniques. I do love to cook and I love to eat what I cook - good thing I have skinny genes. LOL

A toy hovercraft is easy to make with plastic sheets and an electric motor. Who could resist making a wall climbing robot? Follow this brilliant link.

Don't try to design it yourself; buy tried and tested plans from a commercial firm. You can buy kitsets and assemble them yourself from plans. I know a guy who designed and built his own two-seater hovercraft that worked but he was a professional engineer with a well-equipped workshop. It cost him thousands and took about two years of almost full-time work.

the engine does not need to be that powerful actually, a lawn mower engine might work for the weight of a single person

Are you talking about an airplane or something? You are just asking for trouble. Those experimental things crash all the time. Just yesterday a black hawk helicopter went down killling 4 people.

- Big fan
- Powerful engine
- Flat bottom
- Flexible skirt
These are what you need to make a hovercraft.
The fan and the engine are hard to find, since it's hard to find the correct ones.
