Yes, I pray for them, I send money to the USO and other orgs that support the troops, and I send emails to troops thanking them for their service.

I also try to convince people that not only are the troops noble, but so is their mission. Criticizing everything the troops are trying to accomplish but saying, "oh, but I support the troops" is a crock.

You can be against the war, or not agree with the war and still support the troops. I don't actually agree with the war, and i wish we werent at war, but i always support the troops. My husband has served in Iraq, we have lost some friends, but never have i lost support for what the troops are doing. They sacrifice sooo much, seeing their children born ect. and rarely do you hear them complain. I couldn't imagine doing the job my husband does. My answer is YES!!

Yes I do support the troops, and I also support the war. I really don't care how many "thumbs down" I get.

Yes, I support the troops! It looks like if the war is going really bad for us know, but that does not change the way I feel. A decision was made good or bad (to go to war) these man and woman are there working and fighting for their lives, and to represent the US.
If we run from this fight all the bullies in the playground will pick on us. Think about it!.....Smile

Yes, they are there fighting for our freedom and to help the Iraqi people maintain our's. Bill O'Reilly from FoxNews just went over there last week to purposely thank the soldiers for what they are doing. They have been running a documentary on FoxNews this weekend with clips from his trip. All of who he talked to want to be there to help. They have chosen to go over there to defend our country against terrorism. We all need to support them no matter how you feel about the war.

As for the number of troops who have died, it is a shame. But did you know there are more people killed in the US each year by illegal immigrants than all of the ones killed in this war for the last four years?

I honestly believe that Bush will not pull out of this war because he is trying to prove something to his father, who pulled out too early when he was in office.

A couple of websites to help the troops are www.anysoldier.com and www.booksforsoldiers.com.

A website to help the families here at home is http://operationhomefront.net/.

Yes, I do support the troops, and the families that sit at home with terror in their hearts. But, I don't believe in the reasoning behind the war. If the purpose was to defend our country then N Korea would be the focus of attention.

supporting the troops and supporting the war are two separate issues.

99.9% of Americans support our troops... democrats and republicans!!!!!!

as a true Americans we question the motive and justification to send our heroes into harms way for some obscure idea of freedom and war on terror!!! our soldiers and their families deserve better than BUSH!!!!!!!

supporting all wars without question is not only dangerous but stupid.... and if you don't believe me ask the German people during the Nazi regime!!!!!! we must learn from history... if not we are doomed to repeat it!!!!
