Hi, No you cannot get an ex directory phone number, other have suggested at you could get a court order, and even this would not get it for you. The telecoms company's will only give this out to government agency's, the police, or emergency services, such as ambulance (and that's only if a 999 call had been made from then line). Sorry not what you wanted to hear, but I hope this helps.

I have been ex-directory for 30+ years and it works, the only way around it is by word of mouth, someone will know.
But all people who I give my number to I give it with a statement.
If someone needs to know it then they should not have it, there is a reason why they don't have it.
SORRY!

This is the best option for a reverse phone number lookup https://tr.im/721a7
Receiving a one or two hang up calls each month is probably nothing to worry about, but when those calls increase in frequency and if it happens in the middle of the night then you must do something to stop it, before it starts affecting your life. With the help of this services you can take away the one advantage these people have - their anonymity.

Look in your phone book and it will give the code to use to call United Kingdom. I believe it's 041. Get an operator to help you. Or do a search on people search on the computer.

There used to be a way, but I don't know if BT do it any more. (I'm going back a few years).
Call the operator, give your contact's name and address and your name. The operator then calls them and asks if they will take the call.
Of course you pay for the service, even if you don't get through.

if you knoe the previous person that lived in the address before them (you can check voters rolls for that info) then check some old phonebooks its worth a try but if they have a new number then im afraid to say you have no chance!!!

Best thing is to go to the address and knock on the door and ask them for their telephone number then write it in your diary and then you will have it for next time. Easy.
