My friend Steve from Toons West turned me onto this practice one night after work sitting around with him and his charming wife Linda scarfing down a large cheap frozen pizza. So now every now and then I brake out the old mustard bottle when I have a pizza.

I have been putting mustard on pizza for about twenty-five years now. I thought I invented the idea. You can't imagine the looks I get from people. But, every one who I got to try it loves it. My kids won't eat it sans-mustard anymore. I put it on the really good pies too (I don't like the cheap frozen ones). If any one reading this is grossed out - DON'T BE. You have to try it, if you like mustard of course. Use it sparingly and it adds a fantastic spice and depth to the flavor. This I swear.

I've never tried mustard. Sounds interesting and I think I'll check it out.

We love to dip our pizza in Ranch Dressing or Guacamole. YUMMY!!!!
