Calamari has a very mild flavor, it's the consistency some people don't like. If it's not cooked right it can be tough. Most places bread it and fry it, and you dip it in marinara. It's a popular snack. Try it, what do you have to lose?

it looks liek an onion ring. the flavor tastes like scallops...its rather chewy, sort of rubbery in texture, reminds me a little of clams that way. and its breaded or deep fried im not sure which... i like them. mayonnaise plus relish makes a yummy dipping sauce.

It taste quite good, the flavor comes mostly from the batter it's breaded in,spices etc.

i tried that stuff at a fancy buffet, as fancy as they get anyways. I thought it was onion rings and i piled my plate high. First one i bit into I swore someone had coated one of those thick wide rubber bands and fried it. so i chunked it and tried another, another rubber band. when i complained to waitress about onion rings, i found out they had none. good luck ketchup couldnt even cover the taste.

OMG it is really good, you should consider giving it a try, When my brother first told me to try it I refused, but when I tried it I wished that I would have ordered it.

I don't know how to describe the taste but I think it's delicious. I don't find much delicious so you'll probably like it.
