throw it away and start over. Here's the best recipe for fudge I've ever found: Put 4 1/2 cups of sugar in pan. Add 2 T butter or margarine and add 1 tall can of milk. Mix and bring to a boil and boil for 6 minutes. While boiling put 12 ounces of Baker's German's sweet chocolate and 12 ounces any semi-sweet chocolate bits in a large bowl. When mixture in pan has boiled 6 minutes add to chocolate in bowl and beat to melt chocolate. Add a 7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme and 2 cups chopped nuts. Beat to blend well. Put in a buttered glass or metal (fairly large pan) and cover and put in refrigerator to set. This recipe is a no fail fudge and easy to make. It's the best one I've ever made or eaten

add a little flour and mix it slow and then cook it like a brownie on low heat. Keep the center moist. Good luck!

I would love to lie to you...but it's over. You can't fix it. Toss it and call it a learning experience.
