Don't eat more than 5000 calories a day. Don't eat an hour before you go to sleep. Eat a good meal in the morning. Eat less for dinner.

Reduce your carbs,drink diet soda and a lot of water. You can even try taking 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar daily. Diets fashioned after the Atkins diet work best. Don't stay on a low carb diet too long, by low carb I mean under 20 carbs a day. By too long I mean no longer than 3 or 4 mts. Also try to work out a little. Use free weights and aerobic together. The Firm workouts are a great series. Atkins or south beach diet books are a great investment. You may also want to buy a carb,calorie and fat counter book. Become aware what you are taking in vs. what you are burning off daily. The more mussel tone you build the more calories you burn even at rest. Remember mussel weighs 6 x as much as fat so don't get discouraged if you don't loos right away. Go on how your clothes fit not the number on the scale. Good Luck!!

Well, you can start by cutting down to three or four meals a day. Don't completely avoid fatty foods but lets say your having pizza, if you usually eat four slices, eat two instead. Get plenty of exercise. Work around your house. Do the dishes, laundrey, and take out the garbage. These activities can cut down your weight. Decrease TV/video game/computer time to two hours a day total. When you have nothing to do, get up from the couch, and go outside and play volleyball, basketball, football, soccer, etc.

Condition your body to eat less by putting less on your plate at meal. Also, try making it a routine to have only two meals a day consisting of a light breakfast and dinner with moderate size portion. Drink more water between meals and have some sort of regular exercise. This is not to suggest you have to run or walk five miles a day, just keep your body active....don't be a couch potatoe or anything. Finally, know your body and completely stay away from foods that make you gain weight fast...there are plenty of others things to eat. Fresh fruit diets are good.

For one do NOT do the whole diet pill thing and **** like that youll just set yourself up for failure that stuff is for people who want unrealistic results with little effort.

I hate it that everyone thinks its just all about what you eat( it is good to eat healthy tho) , its also about how much you are active and work out, but weight goes farther than that too i mean theres ur thyroid and depression and diabetes and **** so losing weight is different for everyone.

Eat less and exercise are the only two things you must do. You can keep a food journal and join a gym or go to LA Weightloss but ultimately your goal is eat smaller portions and move your body. First prepare yourself mentally: Very Important: (You are slim/height weight proportionate)

I don't know what you want to work on but if you want to lose some belly fat meaning decrease stomach size and make your stomach flat you should do sit-ups. If you really want to lose weight then you should jog or power-walk everyday for 30- or 60 minutes. And watch what you eat. look on internet. Good Luck!

Why don't you join Weight Watchers and get good results. You are not alone then as you will be with other people who are trying to lose weight or have reached their goal weight.

You know those Paid Programs on tv how they advertise like weight loss videos and stuff..Well i got that. "Slim in 6" i didnt buy it thought. go to www.torrentspy.com and type in slim in 6 and it will download the whole package for you pretty much. all the videos. but i think u have to download the program thing "Azerus" or whatever for it to download but yeah =D if u dont wanna do that.. dont eat junk food. uhm.. do a lot of sit ups/push ups/crunches..etc etc. drink lots of water and dont eat before bed time.and get more than 8 hours of sleep cuz you gain weight if you dont get more than 8 hours of sleep.

You should get some of the things that look like mummy's are wrapped up with. Tie your whole body with it. You might be hot but leave it on for a hour. Just jump on a trampoline and just walk around the house for a hour do not rest and when you take it off you will loose up to 6 inches. I know because I did it before.(Or you can use tape)
