cornish hen?

i have an extra one left from thanksgiving. can i still cook it today.

If it is still frozen, ok. If just refrigerated, it might be iffy. You should be able to tell by the smell.

Sure you can as long as it hasn't been just refrigerated that long. I assume it was frozen.

If it was frozen, sure. It it was not, I would not.
