Hey-
I have a similar problem, we're my hair falls out in ridiculous amounts, like I can't wear white shirts without them just falling out all over it. Anyway, you might want to go to the doctor to get your thyroid checked. Often, that's a sympton of a thyroid disorder, particularly if your loosing your hair and your starting to get some bald spots. The hair loss could also be explained by stress, which is the cause of my hair falling out. You might also want to try not putting your hair back in super tight pony tails, as it tends to pull the hair out even more.
Hope this helps!

the average person loses about 100 hairs a day or so, dont worry about it! your perfectly normal and so is your hair. if you want to take vitamins thats good, that will make your hair healthier. as far as shampoo try to use a salon product they will really be the best for your hair. scalp massages will also help stimulate hair growth.

That's not really "hair loss", that's more like "shedding". Perfectly normal.

If you're really concerned, though, I recommend Kra-Z-Glu(R).
