Recipe for chicken (from recipezaar) says to cook on 121°c for 5 hours. Veges are baby potatoes, pumpkin, Kumara (sweet potatoes) and onions (all veges are cut to roughly the same size as the potatoes.

In the last hour and a half put them in.If there r ones that usually take longer add them first and then the ones that don't take long normally u can do the last hour.Enjoy n have a great x-mas.

The onions could have gone in when you started, I would add the potatoes with about an hour or an hour and a half to go.

Put everything in all in together. 5 hours is a long time to cook a chicken. I would raise the temp, as well.

a chicken should take 3 hours tops veggies should take an hour or hour &1/2 cover so they dont dry out you can also boil them on stove to about half done stage in a can of broth then add to chicken

Potatoes ( and other root vegetables) take about 1 hour to cook in a 375 degree (farenheit) oven. I guess you have to plan accordingly.
