from a womans experience with ex's and bf's they can become very shy! but if you like someone you should get to know them before asking them out, it usually gives some pointers if they like you too.

It would take as long as it takes. Some guys would just go for it, others would have to be certain that a girl really liked him first.
Depends completely on what kind of guy he is and how much he likes the girl.
And yes of course guys get shy.

Guys do get shy. God knows how we are meant to find "The One". I work with several women and there is one that I like who is more outgoing than I am but can't bring myself to tell her.
I think the best relationships are ones where you are friends first and then it progrsses to something more. But at work how am I supposed to tell this girl I like her when all her friends are sticking their noses in every two minutes.
I have asked girls out before and I have been kicked in the teeth and the guts when they say No. So now I just let them chase me.
The shy guys I think are the best ones as they usally have some major surprises up their sleeve, The brash arrogant ones don't consider the girl's feelings at all - as they can't see beyond their own nose.

Lol of course guys get shy. The bad boys tend to not get as shy but every guy has there moments of rejection, which they really don't want. It lowers there selfesteem. It really depends on the guy and when he feels up to the himulation of asking a girl out because he could possibly be rejected. if you want to speed the process up either ask him yourself, or flirt a lot more so he can tell you are interested.

I took me over two years in high school (a number of years ago) to finally get up enough nerve to ask a girl out. I finally did when I thought that she was single and ready for a new realtionship and it was senior prom time to boot! So I dropped the question only to be blown out of the water when she told me she wasn't interested in me. See, I met her every morning before class for two years for this moment. I was crushed and the funny thing is that years later we crossed paths again and I asked her why she didn't go to the prom / go out with me in high school. She told me that she was afraid that she would fall in love with me. . . I wonder who she is with now and if she has come to term with her fears now? So yes, I was shy for sure!

yes we get shy so it could take a while. I remember it took me almost 3 months to ask this girl I liked for her number.

It could take them up to a minute or so to ask a chick out !! depends on the chick though !! is she quick to understand ???

depends on how quick he can finish a couple of pints and a shot of tequila go to the bathroom make up a little poem recite it atleast once infront of the mirror. and guys get shy too especially if there s some hotty waiting for them..
