Yes, she needs to come inside. Puppies cannot regulate their temperature as well as adult dogs and pitbull pups don't have alot of fur to insulate them. Also isolating a puppy in an outdoor cage is not at all the ideal situation, puppies need lots of socialization and interaction with people and (when she is vaccinated ) other animals. This is especially important in pitbulls, they already have a bad reputation and it is essential that owners act responsibly and socialize and train their dogs.

1st: Why would you get a pitbull? Do you know they are the #1 euthanized breed at any shelter? There may be a good reason for that. If I knew my neighbor had a pit, I would be reluctant to let my kids out when the dog was outside. I know that I am being shortsided and don't really understand the breed blah blah blah...whatever. I work in a vet clinic. So don't go there. I know what they are capable of and I have seen several "good dogs" go after the neighbor kids and then come to our clinic to be euthanized because they were a dangerous animal and either we did it in a loving environment or the pound could do it. And please for the love of God get her spayed at 6 months of age. Stop this cycle.
Having said my 2 bits, she is such a small puppy that you will need to keep her inside during the coldest part of the day. She will get used to being outside and will be fine the older she gets.

Why are you keeping her outside? A dog/puppy should never live outdoors unless they have proper shelter (heated in the winter, cool in the summer) to protect them from the elements of weather.
If your dog is clearly upset and shivering, then you are not providing the correct outdoor set-up for her.
Bring her inside before you end up with a sick dog.

By all means, bring her inside! Not only is it too cold for apuppy, she needs the socialization. Spend a lot of time with her, at the first sign of agression disipline her. At six months get to your vet and have her neutered for both your sakes.

Yes Pit Bulls are not outside dogs their coats way to short. They are great dogs and should be around you, would you be okay outside and naked? Plus if she is only a puppy she does not have as strong of immune system or physical strength as an adult.

In my community you leave a dog outside in winter --- a dog that has no hair, like a pit, and you go to jail, hon..... in my community, we have bumperstickers, "abuse a dog, go to jail", and if one person calls on you, your act is history. If you are not comfortable outside in a pair of panties and a t-shirt, you dog won't be either. Bring your dog in. Mine sleep in the garage with heating lamps and oil heaters, on blankets with three thicknesses of carpeting.... When it is really cold, they are in the laundry room which is heated with the house..... Bring your dog in.... (or if this is a joke... hahahahahdah)

Pit bulls are not outside kind of dog. When kept outside all the time they can get sick and are likely to become aggressive.
