No. Why? The only ones who go to heaven are those chosen as fit to judge the eternal fate of humans on earth or in the grave and resurrected back to earth (judge by the Bible). Children can't do that. Their hope is to return to earth and have God's servants raise/teach them and let them chose. 1 Cor. 6:2, 3, Romans 14:12, Joshua 24:15.
