Definitely Chinese.
Because of prejudices between Chinese and Indian people, seeing a Chinese-speaking Indian (or vice-versa) is a bit rare. I heard that in a Chinese university, their Hindi program only gets about 10 people every four years.
No matter the prejudices, neither can deny each other's growing presence, power, and market. As a Chinese-speaking Indian, you will have the world's two largest markets open to you.
No point in speaking French. Most people who speak French can speak English. Plus, most multinational/large/international companies are looking to India and China anyways since they're both on the brink of first-world class while most Spanish and French speaking countries are still a bit in poverty.
So why not be a triple-threat and know English (I'm assuming you know English), Chinese, and whatever Indian language you know (assuming that as well). Even if you don't know an Indian language, you'll still be more valuable because I'm assuming you're familiar with Indian customs/cultures so that makes business between the three biggies (America/UK, China, India) easier.
Never take a language for how easy it is. That's just stupid.
Arabic's probably not as useful unless you're going into oil, raw materials, or politics. Plus, there's a good bit of Arabic-speaking Indians out there.
Japan is faltering to India and China's rise. And since they already have extremely established technological business/fields/etc. there would be more competition.

There are more people speak Chinese than Japanese because of the Chinese population, but English is more popular than Chinese. Many countries in the world adapt English as their second language. Yet, there are more people speak French than English in the world. So, I would say French is the best to learn.

1. Do not repeat your questions. Have some patience.
