Just because she is nice, that makes her a virgin? You can't really tell unless you are having sex with her and even with that, you might not be able to tell because every girl is different when it comes to the first time. Bleeding/ pain can be different for each girl. The only way to know for sure is just to ask her. If's she's so nice, then she will answer truthfully.

Become close as friends so she can feel comfortable to tell you these personal things (some girls are as open to talk about sex as others). I doubt she would tell some random jackoff who just passes her way. That happened to a friend of mine. A couple of years ago some guy from her school she never met just came up to her and asked, she said yes and what was his reply? "Do you want me to fix that" so he could get a laugh from his friends and be a big man, but he proved he was nothing but a big sack of ****. Sorry, I just vented.

well, you could check her vagina, and if ther is a thin membrane in it(called a hymen) then she is, but if there isnt, that isnt always the case, some girls naturally lose it playing sports or something, but you could also strike up the conversation with her friends. like "soo... do you think shes a virgin? some people say she isnt, idk."
