dont look at yourself as fat.. how tall and what is your weight.. i used to be liek it too. i used to be paranoid liek "omg im eating this burger, i feel so horrible for eating this" when i already fe;tl large. i would tell people that i was going to diet and they would always tell me i was already skinny.
dont cry. just lok at yourself think think am I really fat or do i just TINK that i am fat. you THINK that you are fat, but you know in reality you really arent. give me your weight and heitght. but im sure you arent over weight.. dont be worried abotu the food you eat. it will pass through your system. did you know when you eat 2/3 of teh calories goes into functioning your breathing, heart beat, and brain activity. everything in your body uses calories. calories is just energy. thats all it is.! dont stress when you eat. unl;ess you are eating alot of junk food then cut back on ti and eat in moderation.
but im sure you are not fat. and dont think that you will become anorexic otherwise you will be... trust me you oonly live on life and who cares what you put in yout mouth its just food! i used to be just liek you! i am still thin although i have gained a few pounds this holiday season already lolol. you can always exercise and diet if you gain a few pounds here and there. dont be so paranoid you will be fine!
just learn to love who you are!

Make healthy choices when you eat and don't beat yourself up when you indulge in sweets and such. You are skinny just maintain what you have and don't think so much about it. The media has everyone afraid that if they are fat they are no longer beautiful, but I have found in life that it doesn't matter what size the person is its how they feel and carry themselves that makes them beautiful.
My BFF is about 50 pounds overweight I am skinny height/weight proportioned...when we go out she just has so much self confidence and sexyness about her she gets hit on 10x as much as me. Where i tend to be more quiet and wallflower.
So you can see just look at yourself and tell yourself your beautiful and perfect and it will show through...and stop worrying about food so much!! Ppl worth anything are going to notice you for you and not your size.

Don't be less than your body's height-weight-fat requirement. See a general health practitioner to find out what this is for your height. Without the right amount of fat our nerve cells cannot operate--your muscles will have cramps etc. Get regular exercise and eat your carbs --both early in the day. Enjoy your life.

You should never be so self-consince of your body. You should respect how you look. But if you feel that you need to lose weight, just diet and exersise and do it the healthy way. I had a [skinny] friend who stopped eating for 3 days and passed out. She had to stay in the hospital overnight and to add insult to injury, she gained 5 pounds in that week!! So, my advice, do it the healthy way and just love your body the way it is. :-*

It's okay to be skinny but if you think it's a problem then talk to your mom, if you and yoour mom don't get along so well then ask friends. Or you could see if you can eat a little more without bloating yourself and just go from there.

You should go to a specialist, because anorexia is a serious problem that needs a lot of help. Look at the mirror and truly see your beauty because you're not overweight! If your friends say you're skinny, then you must be!

exercise. it'll make you feel refreshed. don't start doing hard things at first so you hate it. eat healthy. don't eat junk food like hamburgers or tacos.
be mentally happy and healthy. try wearing things that you normally wouldn't wear because of you figure, like 2 piece swimsuits and then walk around your room as if you're a super model. (don't forget to lock the room. you wouldn't want baby siblings coming in.)

if you think your over wieght , do the right thing. lose weight, not being anorexic, but going to the gym and working out.it's much more healthier and helps your body out a ton. plus, you'l look great.
