i'm trying to spread the dough out in the pan to make pizza and it keeps coming back ..What do i do!!!!!!

Either your dough is too warm, or you have too much oil on it. I'd try sticking it in the fridge for a couple of minutes to cool it off. For either situation, that should help.

maybe the dough was kneaded to much..add a lil oil to it let it rest...and roll it out with a rolling pin,then stretch it ..You knoe the hand technique for stretching dough right?

Let it "rest" . . .

Just leave it alone for awhile, and when you come back you'll notice it's lost some of its spring-back-ness.
Works the same for many kinds of dough.

(if it never does stay then stretch it past the edge of the pan & tuck under)

Put some flour or better yet, corn meal on your hands and knead it again.
