I don't know what others might say, but this morning I made muffins in my silicone muffin pan and they all stuck badly in it. So next time I'm going to be spraying it.

lube is not the answer, temperature is critical, never get hotter than 475 or fumes make your kitties telephonegenic when your sizzling at high temperatures, never use anything that has silicone, cause silicon can't handle heat, for low heat only, and see you around the tin can for some grub later, skid row stroganoff, using can that has passed the 7th level to hobo heaven sticker of good housekeeping and health
