CHEESECAKE, PLAIN & SIMPLE

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. heavy cream
6 eggs

Begin by beating ingredients one at a time, beating constantly. Pour cheesecake mixture into a 10 inch spring form pan. Place spring form pan in another larger pan filled with 1 inch of water. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until golden brown on top. Cool, top with favorite fruit. No crust, just creamy cheesecake.

Cooking a cheesecake sometimes makes cracks. Just put cheeries on the top and no one will see them.

Cook the cake until the filling has risen completely to the middle. Take it out and let it cool for 15 minutes while you prepare the topping, then put it back in for the 10 minutes to cook the topping.

If that doesn't work, you need to look at and think about your recipe.

Do not over cook it. When there is a slight jiggle to it, pull it out.
