My sister claims to be Christian and she is very self-righteous and preachy. Then she gets drunk and sleeps with married men w/children and drug dealers and her boyfriend and fools around with her cousins. So, will baby Jesus forgive her? Is she a good person?

Oh, I forgot to mention that she hits her child in uncontrolled rage and calls him a f**khead. And she tried to get my grandmother put in a nursing home.

I did not personally witness her hitting her son, or I would report it. I did personally hear her call him that name and other name. I seriously doubt that CPS would do anything about what I witnessed. Fortunately, her son is bigger than her now.

Jesus forgives all sinners including you and me. Is she a good person? No. Sounds like she's an arrogant know-it-all who says do as I say not as I do. You cannot get respect if you act like that. Eventually, you end up with a bad reputation and a bunch of heartache. Karma will get to her and probably already has and will continue to.
You should note that those of us who have faults tend to be the first to point it out in others. You know, it takes one to know one. That's why she's probably so preachy. Ignore it. Who cares what she says.
When Karma comes to push her down a notch, you can be the good person and be there for her. She'll need you and it'll be a good thing. Judging others gets you no where. Judge not lest ye be judged. And don't tell her your opinion. Just listen.

baby jesus? Why jesus was once a baby, but why are you using that reference?
To me, is sounds like you are actually making stuff up. Some people are what you descrbed, its just something in your writing. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though. According to the bible, even world famous terrorists are not excluded from the kingdom of heaven.
The fact is, God doesn't look at sins on a scale. Just one wrong doing is imperfect, and with it, no one can reach heaven. Christians recognise that, and they ask for forgiveness. The whole point of Jesus's death on the cross was to make all those sins not count in our lives, so we can still go to heaven. He doesn't leave any behind.

We keep saying it but it never seams to sink in - Christians aren't perfect , just forgiven. Christians commit ALL the same sins as everybody else just (usually) with less frequency. This is why we're constantly accused of being hipocrits ; even though we NEVER claimed to be perfect. Any time you look to a believer your bound to eventually be disappointed. Nobody can live up to the expectations everyone puts upon Christians. If your looking for a perfect example look to Jesus and stop judging your fellow human beings. I'm not condoning your sisters behavior. She obviously could benifit from a lesson in discression. Forgive her even as Christ has already forgiven us all.

Your sister cannot be a true Child of God and is given into alcoholism and is sleeping around with men (whether they are married or not), drug dealers, etc - the only time she can be forgiven is if she repents of her sins and truly asks for forgiveness. You ask if (baby) Jesus will forgive her - He is no longer a baby He is seated at the right hand of His Father - He is the One that has died for our sins. Granted that no one is perfect (all of us have sinned) but if your sister acknowledges that what she is doing is wrong and stops - she will be forgiven.

If your sister does all those things she is not a good person. If your sister abuses her kids like that it is up to you to report her to children services. If you turn a blind eye to the abuse being laid on a child then you are not a good person either. You are just as guilty for abusing the child
Call children services and the police, no child should be beaten or verbally abused.
EDIT.
For some reason i think this lady is full of sh*t and making it up. Who agrees?

Jesus is no longer a baby as a baby he could not forgive any one. if she truly repented she could be forgiven but being preachy will not help her and sleeping around is a definite no no for a true christian she needs to reevaluate her faith.
looking at your added facts I would say she has no idea what Good means we all mean to be better than we are but it sounds like sheis not trying at all.

Of course, as long as She claims to be Christian She can do whatever the FK she wants and get away with it; it'll be cool with the Baby Jesus every time. That's what that crap is all about, not being accountable for Your own actions, higher power and all that. That's the reason jails are full of Christians and other religous types, society holds them accountable for their actions.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Thats what comes to mind.
I can't speak for Jesus.
Perhaps with your love and guidance she can see the error of her ways. I don't mean preach to her. I mean try to understand her. There is probably some reason she is acting out in the way that she is. Only when you understand whats going on in her head will you be able to guide her.

Jesus will absolutely forgive her, but only if she repents for what shes done. she could very well be a Christian who is just acting out, but she is definitely not acting like one. if she does everything you say shes done i would suggest talking to a minister or getting counseling from a psychiatrist

That is between Jesus and her. But not everyone who says, Lord, Lord! will enter the Kingdom. Only those who have a real relationship with Him, and have repented from their sins.
Does it sound like she has repented?
