is there a grid that says "for $X,000 dollars, you can afford this car," including used cars, year/make/model?

Consumer Reports had one, sort of, but I can't find it. I know my price range but no idea what cars/years I can find in that range, and I'm wondering if there's a source to simplify the process. Then I'll look online from there... thanks!

You should be able to find something there.
