It is too late to help you now but in the future buy two smaller birds you will save electricity or gas and the cooking time will be take less time. Two 17lb birds (unstuffed) would take about 3-3 1/2 hrs

But an (unstuffed) 30# bird will take 41/2-5 hrs at 325

If unstuffed, the turkey is done when the meat thermometer reaches the following temperature 180°F deep in the thigh; also, juices should be clear, not reddish pink when thigh muscle is pierced deeply.

More info....
Place thawed or fresh turkey, breast up on a flat rack in a shallow pan, 2 to 2-1/2 inches deep.
Brush or rub skin with oil to prevent the skin from drying and to enhance the golden color.
Insert oven-safe meat thermometer deep into the lower part of the thigh muscle, but not touching the bone. When thigh is up to temperature and if turkey is stuffed, move thermometer to center of stuffing for stuffing temperature.
Place in a preheated 325°F oven.
When the turkey is about two-thirds done, loosely cover the breast and top of drumsticks with a piece of lightweight foil to prevent overcooking the breast.

ACTUALLY if you want to add some flavor and not really add to the cooking time add 2 chopped Onions Large slices, 4 Stalks of celery semi-large slices and 4 cloves of garlic chopped in half. This would be very loosely packed so it really will not slow the cooking hardly at all. Just an idea.

Peace
Kevin

A 20-24 lbs. turkey takes 4½ - 5 Hours unstuffed and 4¾ - 5¼ Hours stuffed. Obviously yours will take longer. Use a meat thermometer to be sure that the meat is 180 degrees F.

Roasting times are for a preheated 325 degrees F. oven.
