You should have a round donut looking magnet i believe it may be with the jack and tools in the vehicle, on the console press the button till it says "Retrain Tire Sensors" use the Step button to select yes, the tires then need to be trained in order by placing the magnet over the valve stem Left Front/Right Front/Right Rear/Left Rear/Spare its critical to do all five as alot of my customers overlook the spare, once to place the magnet over the valve stem the horn should chirp after a few seconds then you can move on to the next tire.
Once you get the "Training Complete" message press the C/T button to exit programming mode.
If you don't have the magnet or if the procedure doesn't work then you'll have to go to the Jeep dealer to get it sorted out.

Your gonna have to fill your tires using a tire pressure Gage. Get all four tires to the correct pressure and reset the computer via your dashboard information center. Make it go to the tire pressure screen and then reset it. The computer will then note the pressure in the tires as being correct and will monitor it from that point on. It's in your owners manual about how to reset it.
