I have a stockpile of red wine in the cellar.

I have and easy way. Make some home-made sangria. Just add a large can of mixed fruit.The syrup in the fruit can make the difference. Is very good. Try it.

Red Wine Punch
Ingredients:
2 parts Red wine
1 part Soda water
3 tblsp Powdered sugar per litre
Orange and/or lemon slices
Mixing instructions:
Mix the icing sugar with the red wine, and stir well. Pour in the soda. Put in some Orange/Lemon slices. Serve immediately with a lot of ice.

Wine Cooler
Ingredients:
2 oz white or Red wine, with or without alcohol
5 oz Lemon-lime soda
Ice cubes
Mixing instructions:
Mix wine and soft drink. Pour into glass. Add ice.

1 lemon, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 apple, cored and quartered
1/4 cup [60 g] extra fine sugar
1 bottle Spanish red wine (like Sangria!)
1 ounce [30 mL] brandy
Club soda (or Sprite)
Ice cubes
1/2 once [15 mL] orange cusenier

Mix together lemon slices, orange slices, apple quarters, sugar, red wine and brandy.

Just before serving, pour in club soda, add ice cubes and pour in orange cusenier. Serves 6.

sangria is really yummy made with red or white wine but a good red is...
a bottle of shiraz
3 oz. bacardi big apple
3 oz. triple sec
4 oz. cranberry juice
4oz. oj

So good...and dont forget the fruit in it!!! :)
