it depends on the size of it, cook it in a medium oven, for about 90 mins (30 mins per pound) , then fire your oven up yo as high as it will go so that you get the nice crackeling on the top, leave it to rest for about 15 - 20 mins, should be ok ;)

Slow cooker (crock pot ) beats all. Chop an onion, add half a pint of cider and the joint, seasoned to taste. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, then place on a baking tray and cook in the oven at 200 deg. C. for 30 mins to crisp the skin. Stand for 15-20 mins and serve. Use the cooking liquor to make gravy.

Leave skin on, scored and rinsed, dried and rubbed with oil or butter and plenty of course salt.
20 minutes per pound in weight plus 20 minutes plus 20 minutes ina medium oven. Cover with foil until last 1/2 hour.

Soak it in Cider (English Type) the night before.
In the morning, lift out of Cider, stand for 10 mins and then cook as normal. If you want crispy crackling, rub butter & salt into skin.
