It should have a date on the bottom of the bottle. if not or if it is worn off, call the 1800 number on the bottle, and ask them. they may have you read some numbers off to them. i would think it can last up to a year but no longer. Try some Cortisone cream 1% for the redness, it is sold over the counter. Also you may want to take some Benadryl, with checking for contraindications of course.

It's unlikely to be because of the product being out of date.
What's capable of destroying hair will of necessity damage skin to some extent as hair and skin are very similar. If you've sensitive skin, don't use hair remover on it.

Yes , after it expires it makes hair grow.

lol yes. It usually has a date somewhere on the bottle. When it starts getting all chemically-smelling then it's time to let it go xD
