Hi I've got these bits of hair either side of my head that stick out just above my ear and they are a real pain. I've tried straightening them but they always come back later in the day - I don't want to use any type of formula on the whole of my hair as I don't want it all to go really straight, in fact I prefer having it curly!!
Oh by the way I have blonde, medium-thick hair but not a lot of it- and I have a sensitive scalp....I know people moan on here about questioners not being specific!

Hi it maybe not staying back because you hair staigtheners are not hot enough. Try using hair wax or serum. The only other way is to clip them down. Try Charles Worthington Stay Smooth Heat Protection Spray. Spray on the hair you want to stick down and then go other it woth the hair straighteners and this should work.

get your hair in a style and train your hair to go a certain way...like for instance if you part your hair the same part for a month your hair will automatically fall that way everytime you comb it...so do a style that you like and keep those hair in place but if you can do with out those hairs then cut it...hope this helps
