I use desoximetasone to stop itching on my ear lopes. What could I use that is non prescription remedy?

Use over the counter hydrocortisone cream twice a day. Just make sure you don't use it longer than two weeks at a time.

try using the Neutrogena T-gel shampoo to clean the area. Use small amount of thick foam, clean the affected area behind your ears, then rinse (as if you're using soap).
Do not mix it with topical steroids.
