Hi if you have low iron in your blood then any greens are suppose to be good for you and liver is good also. My mum has anemia ans the doctor told her to eat more of there. But the chemist sells iron on its own which is what you should be taking. The iron in standard vitamins is to low and you will find you white blood cell cound going down again. Also take a vitamin b complex to help you get energy from your food.

I would think any food with a good dose of salmonella or ecoli would raise your white blood cell count as this is your bodies natural defence..... Sorry for the sarcasm.....
If you mean what foods would make your body healthier, lots of good whole grains, veggies, and fresh fruits, a little protein and not too much fat.

An increase in white blood cells would mean you have an infection. You can raise your white blood cells but eating tainted foods but I don't recommend it.
