It usually is easier to talk to a non-family member. An outsider doesn't have the often judgemental or "I'll make the decision" syndrome. You should keep in mind though that family is important. Why did you run away? Was there an abuse issue? If there wasn't an abuse or family problem, make a phone call and just say "Hi". The rest will fall into place.

child line or a close friend or teacher ,,,my friend jenny was a only child she was very low in her self and always affraid of joining in and always felt as if she was alone ,her mum never let her out or friends in but i was a pest and kept calling for her even though her mum was rude to me and hated my guts ,jenny and i became good friends and we couldnt be parted ,we meet when we were 9 years old ,im now 43 and shes still my best friend and her mum still hate me ,,she has never told me why,,and i really dont care ,,as she will never know that her daughter ,her only child ,my best friend sees me as the nearest thing she ever had as a sister ,,,if you have a very close friend like this then you share every thing with her,,,it will be a bond made foe life and one that even your mum and dad cant get in the way off ,,i wish you well ,,,,

A good friend is someone who listens twice as much as they talk. If your friends don't fit this catagory, maybe your school has a nurse or counselor you could unload on. Family is rarely a source of comfort at your age. When you get older you will appreciate them way more than you do now.

Call 1800-999-9999. That's a national talk line. It's free, and open 24/7. Happy Holidays!

I suggest talking to a close friend, or anyone that you get along with well. Because they are the ones that best understand how you feel. So call them and talk about whatever you like. It really helps.

Is there a friend or someone else outside the family you can talk to? Or maybe someone can reccomend a therapist? Sometimes all we just need to a third party to talk to.

how old are you?
dont get me wrong, I dont mean to tease, but how old are you?
you just speak so desperate...I used to feel the same way you felt about 7 years ago. I had really serious reasons to feel that way. Things inside the family.I wonder about your reason.
well, if you think it helps you can send a mail to me about anything...
Take care..

well you could trya friend, if not, join a club.
You can also chat online in Yahoo to someone if you really think thats the way to go.

Also if you are in school or college you may want to go talk to the councellor.

i once thought that talking to my husband's uncle about my problems was nice but then he would go and tell my husband things and slip up to people and tell fake stories, so be careful who you talk to!! i have a couple people who i trust on the internet chat rooms on my yahoo list, i've never met them but theres alot of people who reach out now who answered your question, thats nice!!
