I am thinking about going back to work and getting an au pair. I'd be interested in any good or bad experiences people have had. My son is almost 4 and my daughter is 1 1/2 years old. Thanks.

My daugther had a girl from Austria, she was one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. Verena(her name) was very very good with my grandson. Unfortunately she had to go back home as she was furthering her education. We would of loved her to stay ant totally understood her wanting to finish her education. Verena was the first experience we have had with an Au pair and only hope that the next will be just as good.
Go by your instinct when you interview the Au pairs it will not fail you.

Yes... she got pregnant, told my wife ,and flew back to Romania !
