In the winter my face gets dry and summer can be oily. I'm looking for a moisturizer and evens out my skin tone. I have a few blotches i would like to smooth out. i can always mix it with a sun block but if it has one with it, thats fine too.

I use Neutrogena Healthy Defense Moisturizer. It's SPF 30. It's a lightweight moisturizer. You don't have to mix with sunblock, which I find really oily. You can find it lightly tinted or untinted. I have oily / combination / acne prone skin and I like it. Referring to Patience's answer, ROC products are good, too.

Roc Age Diminishing daily moisturizer. It's SPF 15 and helps even skin tone, diminish the appearance of wrinkles and age spots. It works for me and it's not greasy like so many other brands are.

I am currently using Nivea with 15% SPF, and it works GREAT.
