No la entendí = I didn´t understand her.

No entendí = I didn´t understand it.

Martox is wrong in saying that it should be Yo no la entendí.

It is not necessary to say yo. (it is implicit)

it means: I didn't understand her.

no la: refering to HER (la:female/le:male)
entendi: past tense

other were malinformed.

It's a bit mispelled (should be 'yo no la entendì) and it means
"I didn't understand her/it".
