My brother is 10 years old.My brother went to bed last night at 10:00, which is regular for him. He has been sleeping all day. He is very tired and wants to sleep. He has no other symptoms and no fever. What is up with him? Serious answers only.

I would watch him to see if he starts to get any other symptoms. He could be just extra tired. Sometimes the body just needs a lot of sleep. If he continues to act this way for a couple of days, I would call the doctor. Just to make sure that everything is okay. He could have the onset of mono or something like that. For now, I wouldn't worry about it. Just take care of him, like you are. You sound like a very caring and loving person. I hope all goes well for the both of you! Enjoy the holidays!

he could just be going threw a growth spert ... after all he is only ten,,, i wouldent worry to much if it last for more then a couple of weeks i would make an appointment with the doctor

his body is probably just going into its natural defenses so he won't get sick. he probably needs the rest
